Still, legal eagle's exposure would probably mean an increase in players to the point where the lawsuit pays for itself

Donated $100 for my 10 years on Warlight, was my honour to do so.

Though not directly related to Fizzer's case, I just found this video stating that Activision may get sued themselves by their own COD players, for lack of anti-cheat measures in those games and unjust bans. So Activision may lose 2 lawsuits at once.

this site updated it but it's still wrong, WarLight in 2008, WarLight 2 in 2017 and Warzone idle in 2020 they say

I messaged him and he corrected it, says warzone rather than warlight 2 now.

Can't donate due to the crazy ongoing currency exchange rates but I wish this works out for you and Warzone. As a dinosaur in this site I wish nothing but the best and as untrustworthy as I'd deem justice systems, I'd trust you have a good case here.

I don't wanna kill the mood here, but a lot of you are being REALLY dramatic. Judging by the articles on this, the WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME is... nothing. They're suing to be able to use the name without paying Fizzer royalties or whatever. If they win, both games continue to be called Warzone and neither side pays the other.

If the information in the articles is false, by all means tell me, but this seems like a very small deal.

It has nothing to do with royalties. If they get the trademark, they can go to Apple + Google and say "Hey this app is named Warzone, and we have the registered trademark for Warzone, please delete the apps" and then poof, Warzone is gone. I had no choice but to oppose the trademark.
