I think my statement was misinterpreted here. I have nothing against commanders. The concept intrigues me. However, I personally felt that Beren's Template did not sit well with me. Part of the reason why I didn't like it deals solely with the WR aspect of it. Also, 3 neutrals and WR reminds me of the old rt EA&O template... something I was not fond of. I don't intend to discourage other players from joining it. I may still join it, in fact, since I have not played a seasonal in a while. However, do understand that me personally disfavoring the template does not mean that I feel that it should not be selected. That would be selfish of me. Rather, I feel that, in the end, Fizzer is right and completely just for choosing a template that has intrigued the strategical community. It just so happens that the template simply does not sit well in my stomach.

We can't please everyone here, but the reason I posted this is because I just feel flustered that the last 5 seasonal ladder templates have been something that has made me go uck. (excepting the last one, but I didn't have time to practice to do well for it, unfortunately).

My opinion on it is that I play the seasonal to play newer original templates, not a variation of existing templates. Also the map is annoying as well, since there is thousands to choose from, and we keep choosing MME/ME.

It looks interesting, but not original. I enjoyed last season due to how different it was. All I want is some originality

So my "yuck" still stands. This just feels bland to me...

Sadly it wasn't Commanders + MA. I'm disappointed.
