Uhh, no. Optimized for information would absolutely not mean more complex communication. KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) is far more optimized for information. Being concise and to the point is optimizing your communication for information, what you're suggesting is the polar opposite.

I'm not sure I can explain the value of emotion to someone who doesn't understand it.

Perhaps I can try. I'll give an analogy you'll understand. You know that sinking feeling of despair you feel after losing a game of warzone? Perhaps after losing a ladder, year after year, despite all your best efforts? That's the feeling other people have when communicating with you.

When people are this sad/mad, they do crazy things. Hell, they might even challenge people who rightfully beat them and say they didn't deserve it. And then back out when the other person responds to the challenge. And actually listening to the other person's arguments? Hell, that's not even on their mind at all.

I tried to cater my analogy to your own personal experience; I hope that helps.

"Humans" don't respond in any specific way. Specific people do. Plenty of people are able to learn from criticisms. Unsurprisingly, it tends to be the same subset of people who are successful in life. Imagine that.

People like Musk, Gates, Bezos, etc. They didn't stop trying to achieve their dreams because someone criticized them. When someone criticizes you, the sensible thing is to put yourself in their shoes and try to see if there's any merit in what they said. If there is, assimilate it, and learn from it.

Rak tried setting up a challenge between Phobos and me. My initial response was that I wasn't interested. I was never trying to prove superiority over Phobos. His picks were bad, I didn't need to beat him to make that be true, it was true regardless of the outcome of any "challenge".

I certainly don't rage when I lose games either. If I play poorly, I might become frustrated with myself for making mistakes, but never with my opponent. Nearly all games I lose are directly the result of my mistakes. You seem to have me confused with someone like Boston who loses games and then insults their opponent.

No one said I was a celebrity. I have however played this game for nearly a decade, and any long-term player who uses the forums absolutely knows who I am. I'm as well known as a player on this game can be.

As for angry child, yeah, whatever.

If you want to actually back up your bullshit, you can join Strat 1v1, or either of the voted templates that the community will add to the pool, instead of small earth the template your whole clan seems to play in a sad attempt to avoid playing competent players. That or you can keep dodging like the rest of your clan so that you can keep getting matched vs noobs in an effort to win; it'll make it sweeter when you still lose despite the cheap tactics that way.

I'm not some new player that was a gamble to play ClanWars. I was invited to Python the same day I joined Master, I've never had any shortage of friends on this game. You're not one of them. My last two QM games, both vs Bechaa, who'd beat you every game blindfolded. You are a member of a very small pond, where you play with minnows.

Bechaa's a "quickmatch player", got nothing respect for him. Not considering you good has much more to do with your infatuation with small earth than anything about quickmatch. Quickmatch is a great way to do just what the name suggests, quickly get games to play and kill time with.
