Observing how the mismatch in communication standard has been informative.

It appears to me, that there are at least 2 a priori sets of assumptions presented in this discussion as to what constitutes appropriate philosophical standards in communication, and that they have some mutually exclusive components, or at least appear to on a surface level.

Am I wrong?

If that is the case, one has to ask himself how each style affects his relationships, and which would better serve his own personal goals in life.

The entire strategic community looks down on small earth. There's a reason it has never, and never will, be in Clan League, or MTL, or any other major event organized by the community.

The 1 map? Strat 1v1 isn't even close to my favorite template. Strat ME is, I prefer plenty of templates to strat 1v1, I only tolerate it due to it being the official 1v1 ladder template.

The QM games I linked were Strat ME, I'm rank 11 on its leaderboard, the opponent I beat both games is rank 8. Rankings are not about skill though on QM, they're about activity, I am 138-12 in my last 150 games on that template, I'm pretty sure 92% winrate on a template isn't "far from the top".

But since you seemed to think I worship strat 1v1, we can use that instead I suppose. My peak rank on the 1v1 ladder is rank 3, the only player in your entire clan that is convincingly better than me at strat 1v1 is DrApe.

You need to stop making assumptions about topics you know nothing about. You've done it over and over, and it's making you look stupider every time you post. You think I'm making Masters look bad, the reality is you're making an idiot out of yourself.

After a thorough search of my recruitment files, I can conclude that I have not invited Nauzhror to Python and in fact, it'd be more likely to be a fabricated lie.

That's cool dude. I'm glad you look down on the Small Earth community. It's literally, by far, the most popular map, and most of the people who play Small Earth quickmatches have no notion at all about your weird social hierarchies or dick measuring contests amongst you "old elite" players.

But, make no mistake, you are no master at it. I know dozens of people who'd destroy you at it, and none of them are masters. So don't underestimate them just because they don't meet your idea of what people "should" be playing. Your elitist, ivory-tower bullshit doesn't extend much further than a handful of people.

It's clear that the Small Earth map is the most played and most popular map. So nothing is wrong with the people who like playing on that template.

Lying about an invite from the Python clan is really silly and bad. The Master clan slides down hard in this whole discussion, same goes for Johnny. Great work Sanmu!

A Small Earth battle best of 11 will be won by Sanmu because Johnny doesn't play that template much I think and because Sanmu will play good against Johnny I think on the Small Earth template. In this discussion Sanmu is really strong.
