It would be nice if on the smelter/crafter stats page we could toggle (or just list it as well) the profit on crafted items calculated with the buy price of the ingredients (i.e
from a market) instead of the sell price. Otherwise it's hard to know when it's worth it to buy ingredients rather than smelting them.
I second this, and I have a recommendation for an additional option to toggle. When an item has another item as an ingredient, the profit per second is deceptive because it doesn't account for the lost crafter time needed to craft the ingredients. I'd like to see the following equation as an option for that case:
Profit per second = (Item sell value - sell value of alloy ingredients - sell value of alloys used to craft items that are ingredients)/(time to craft the item + time to craft the items that are ingredients)
