This mod adds more customization for bomb cards. For example, the host can change the amount of armies killed as well as whether the card happens at the normal time or at the end of players' turn. If all armies are killed by the bomb card then the targeted territory turns neutral.
Compatibility
Note that special units (like commanders) will not get damaged.
