Being competitively outstanding is no prerequisit to join Clan League.
Last Clan Season's D was very tough for TBA. I think that was more an exception (with PE, Grandmasters and VS in D).

I am very actively working on having other new debuting clans joining.

How does it work? Do you have to inform anybody who has contact with you that you are a sex offender?
Does that mean, that if somebody says: "gg" at the end of a game, you have to respond with: "gg, I am a sex offender"?
