I know some in your clan have some unhappy feelings towards Flex, but that's no reason to lambast MB as a community.

I can tell you this: I have been in MB since day 1 (with my alt) and I'm still there, with no intention of leaving anytime soon.

Granted, many of people asking for changes are the people who most often win CW - but think about what that really means, we also play CW the most. Look not at the "Wins" column but the "Games" (games played) column, the top clans play the most, so we are CW's biggest supporters. And pls don't confuse our efforts for trying to make it better for us, we're actually trying to figure out which changes would best benefit the community. To get key WZ clans and players who aren't interested in CW to take interest and actually play it, while also make it less of a pressure event, to change the aspects that make real life dedication to the CW schedule a necessity so more casual engagement can still be competitive, while also raising the quality of the games. And we're trying to find changes to recommend with consensus, not just unilaterally make requests/demands that benefit us.

Think of it like a friend makes you a meal that takes good ... but it could be better, and you're somewhat of a chef yourself, so you recommend to add some crushed pepper, let it simmer a bit, etc, to make it tastier.

CW has potential but it has a lot of missed opportunities.

There are voices of reason, including yours.

Why not put out a poll to the community and ask what changes they would like to see? With Survey Monkey its easy as pie. Then get a hundred people from the top 30 clans to participate, you got something.

As for me? I'd like to see Hanebu 1v1 as a choice in CW.

Fair enough, there are lots of voices, some positive, some not so much. And that's part of the problem, too many opinions that don't converge on common benefit. We are actually taking the discussion to Discord to try to pick a small handful of community positive, easy to implement, highest QoL/enjoyment benefit changes. You're welcome to join the discussion if you want ... the key behind the initiative is consensus. We need to agree on what we're asking to have done.

remember the 3 g's: God, a guy/girlfriend, or the gym. Find at least one of them, or else your life will go off the rails and you will start overthinking things as silly as Discord server icons.

Fizzer makes the rules here, and he deserves respect. Those that are questioning his ethics about the lawsuit, he may view as disrespectful. Unless there is some fraud there, I wish you would drop the subject. I am only concerned about fraud, not politics.

You're reading too much into the icon, but suit yourself.

The idea is to get noticed and make a small # of clear, easy and community-wide good recommendations. As simple as that.

Of course Fizzer will appreciate the suggestions of a group that can't agree on the appropriateness of a completely irrelevant icon

As far as I can see there is just one toxic person in the tread and it seeems to be repeat of what I have seen before.
The negative way of life is a mystery to me.

But I guess we all come with history so I can only hope you see life as something to enjoy now! :)
