Okay someone did not get how the voting system works. They are all decent maps, so why punish two of them?

Why did MOTW jump from week 270 to 273?

1. One of the maps is 2nd voted from last week,
2. Another of the maps is highest rated map with at least 10 ratings made between last 2 and 9 days
3. Another map is from "random" category, any map which hasn't been in map of the week before and has at least 3.9/5 rating goes to this category
4.-5. I guess someone believed that the other 2 nominated maps can either win or come 2nd in this week. What is and isn't a good map is a subjective thing, so maybe those 2 maps are really the best maps, which suit the preferences of the players the most.

I think the Asia and a Dance with dragons are the best maps and they were not directly nominated, so not much could be done about that.

Why did MOTW jump from week 270 to 273?

I presume that some bug happened.

Constellations does it for me, because of its simplicity, and the idea of space travel, even though HOI IV is an epic map with everything that I like, such as terrain features.

I honestly am finding quite tough to choose between ADwD and HOI IV - I think both of these maps look amazing and would have really good gameplay.
I don't know why the Japan one is here for I think the third week in a row. It was best out of last week's, but stands no chance here.
Constellation is okay, but I've seen very similar things before and doesn't have a whole lot going for it visually. Same deal with Peking.
So I think I'll go A Dance with Dargons - aesthetically, I find it better than HOI and I've got a thing for fantasy maps.

Peking University has some questionable ratings and comments that make me think that the creator used sock accounts to polish up his lackluster map.

It could also be someone discovering Warzone and telling all their friends about it, who gradually joined in the following weeks. If they're all Peking University alumni it would make sense for them all to like that map.

This is exactly what happened! You need people like us to grow the Warzone community. Massive thanks to Sang for creating the Peking University map and Arsene Wenger for bringing this fantastic game to us!

As for a campus/school map on warzone, this one stands out as one of the better once. Given the map's relatively large vertical footprint, I suspect that it will play well on mobile. Which is an area where there is a general lack of maps. Anyway, it looks like a fun MotW, so I gave it a vote.

Surprised none said it yet. But this is indisputable proof that MOTW is rigged and scripted, well weeks at a time! Not sure how they know what unreleased maps are coming out... but then again they have to approve them. Open your eyes! You are in the matrix!

When I decided to make a map based on the campus of Peking University, I made the decision that the map is not only to satisfy myself but also to bring good experiences to players. Therefore I even made some change from the reality just to make this map more fun. Now my friend and me plays it several times everyday and there are also a lot of exciting battles which make us believe this map is well balanced.

I hope you will enjoy this map!

I’m currently in a Adwd super diplo, it’s played with external mechanics and the sort too. We’ve actually got the map maker in their funnily enough. It plays really well and is a real eye pleaser. One of my favourite maps ever for the council seats etc
