i will give you an advice about groups
make a full ranking based on how the turnament's of last season ended
then continue adding the new players who gonna join
and then make the group's kinda "equally" based on the the previous season's of this PR League
*to solve the problem of "players of last season of PR League who are retired or didnt respond or said no to joing again" just get them out of the ranking.
base on the full ranking you will make you should make Group A,B,C,D,E,F,G etc.
Dont forget to make the update" the promoted names higher than the relegation's
