Im a 2013 player, I play using my 2015 account and stopped playing in 2017, I just came back to notice... there is definitely not as many people as there used to be.. all games take too long to fill, almost no real time games, no real time diplos (only sometimes). When I was playing this before 2017 you could make 3 real time diplos and they would fill. I really would like to know what happened to all the players, because last time I joined this was still Warlight, now its Warzone and many players seem to have left.

The diplomacy scene is relatively dead when you compare it to the past. Strategic scene is fine though.

auto-games took a hit when the Quickmatch feature was introduced. Play Quickmatch and you will find that the playerbase is still big.

Quickmatch effectively killed auto games, significantly reduced the amount of open games and sped up the death of the RTL.

The real answer nobody gave: you have a 25% boot rate, so you're being excluded from most games due to prerequisites. Work on getting that down and you'll notice games filling quickly.

That's a bit of a Paradox there. "You need games to lower your boot rate, but you can't find games due to your boot rate".

Join the real time ladder, it doesnt care about your bootrate! ;)

25% boot rate for a rt diplo is fine as most diplos have max boot rate to 50% (and some nothing at all).

people just don't host rt diplos anymore.

I would have to disagree as most of Time Players don't care what your boot rate is as long as it's below 50%(that way games will fill up) Some games do have low boot rate but it's not the majority. I know there's player that does make 1914 diplo's but there are basically Point farms he has them up every day i think(i cant see them because he blacklisted me)

This is all sorts of games, but the point that Fizzer makes is there, a boot rate of more then 25% will hurt. (say ~ Half the games are hidden) Chances are that Fizzer knows what he is talking about :P And yeah, RT diplo has gotten less popular. QuickMatch is grabbing a lot of the RT traffic (which, btw, I think is awesome)
