That's amazing. I have one clear cut favourite:

Louis

It's catchy but a very effective design. There is a rather simple use of darker colours to highlight the name of the game. It seems like the colours black and red are used mainly for forums etc. Basically it reminds me the most of the old Warlight design. Same colours just used in a more modern way.


Others who are ok as well in no particular order, but clearly 1 step below Louis:

I also agree with Bonsai, that the my games page and also the in-game screen are more interesting for regular players, who probably use bookmarks and don't see the front page often.
But if these get the same design as the new front page nothing can go wrong=).

Thing in general what i dislike in the designe, is that diagonal warlight2 graph. Makes it distractive and somewhat messy in my opinion. But i have to say thumbs up for fizzer, warlight (warzone) ;) works like a verry proffesional platform.

I won't vote just yet until I know how the design would look like on other pages (more importantly the Dashboard of both the Multiplayer and Community pages as well as the forums). I believe very few people complained about the main page.

I personally liked pb 21, pb 23, and Louis

My favorites were the dark, modern (more boxes/no background for the drop-down menus, less bubbles) designs.

From the design point of view i like all of them, but what i would really appreciate is a skin that resembles the old one, not for the nostalgia but the performance. Even if people don't use a toaster like I do most of them might play real time while multitasking, maybe even playing something else in the background. Right now i'm limited to using the standalone client because browser+unity+heavy images=breaks my toaster

pb38-40 doesnt make much sense to me; was there a volcano apocalypse?
pb11 isnt a good fit;
single player screens from pb35 and pb8 are a bit too cheap I would say;
the object placement in pb2 is an interesting idea and really should be toyed with
pb43 also have some interesting ideas but it's looking a bit too buccaneer-ish

now this might be talking too much but i think theres too much emphasis in the word 'warlight 2' and that bothers me

i like Louis i think it could be an improvement from the graphics before the current and be less of a transition + it looks really cool

just think it's worth pointing out that e-graphics1 cleary has an image ripped straight from AtWar, a game also inspired by risk https://atwar-game.com/r/12411
actually it's the first image you get when you search Atwar on google.
doubt anyone would vote for it but just saying.
Kinda surprised this hasn't been pointed out yet, I found both this game and that game at the same time while looking for risk-like games online.

Alternative design: I would like all the links to be available to be clicked from the home page without clicking on a submenu, like http://teamliquid.net

I would like all the submenus to go away (single player, multiplayer, community, help, profile).

I also never liked the Community page because it ignores most forum posts. If there's someone that only clicks on the community page and not the forum, they could miss important, recently-posted posts from the forum.

Yes, the teamliquid page is more dense with information, but I really, really, really dislike extra clicks just for the sake of mobile-friendly design.

Is there any chance we can get multiple themes? (And an option to switch between them at will?)

Not saying we need 50 themes, but a 'Light' and a 'Dark' theme, plus 3 or so others would be great.
