I picked the groups randomly under two constraints: 1) Each group in a tier had to have the same number (or as close as possible) of people who promoted, relegated, etc. 2) The number of pairs of people who were in the same group in two consecutive seasons was minimized.

I'll be setting up the new thread in a moment. We'll create the tournaments as soon as we can and PM out to everyone. Hopefully we can get games under way within a week! I know this season has been a bit rough, but thanks for your patience, guys.
