I've started hosting a series of games where I use a random number generator (random.org) to determine all of the settings (minus stuff like surrenders being accepted instantly, which is always on, or players turning into AI, on in team games, off elsewhere). I don't participate in them, since I am familiar with the settings, which would give me an advantage over other players, and also I'm really more interested in spectating them to see if there's any random setting combinations which could actually be fun to re-use for one reason or another... and I just enjoy observing chaos in general, including whether players actually know how to play and how they use the randomness to their advantage or not. I don't randomize
every setting, I will be attempting to decide a few things in advance so that the game isn't a complete dumpster fire, but rather a game with unorthodox settings which can still be enjoyable/beatable (but might end up making something unplayable by accident anyway, oops. Either way, it will make for original gameplay, at least. You can join if you're bored and it's probably a good idea to also be cool with the idea of s u f f e r i n g. I'll be joining FFAs myself (unless it's small) since the chaos of these games means I won't be getting much of an advantage through knowing the settings anyway.
Here's a list of games which I will be updating:
