Unlike dicks, crying babies grow up.

Spend time with crying babies, you will see them learn & grow & eventually become pleasant to be around. Spend time with dicks, they'll never learn, shrink the people around them, and make you regret ever trying to get along.

Damn, who made you mad Ayan? xD

You're too absent to realize all the complaints made against Norman were actually valid. Don't be mad at the reasonable people for leaving.

In the real world this makes sense but I believe the analogy ends here. We probably all had our fare share of teammates who clusterpicked at the edge of Africa in RoR and got annoyed when you told them that this is rubbish. I have also been at this stage (well, not exactly at a stage where I clusterpicked the edge of Africa) but I have then lost my games and have studied the pickes from stronger players. So I believe I have grown up, not from a "crying noob" level but from a beginner level.

Anyhow, looking forwards we want to make M'Hunters beginner friendly. As a beginner and still now (I always learn), I happily take any feedback and this is what we expect from our new recruits. We have already turned our clan around in the last few weeks to incorporate our open game talk again, which has made us (opponent clans might argue) the best clan for personal development in the first place.

You know, yeah.

I've often thought that the best person to learn any game from is a man who doesn't play it himself. Norman is a "forever beginner", as he says, and I hope he spreads the good word to his people

Have I wronged you in some way? As you were in our clan again for a brief period you said out of context that you have "no respect for me" and now you continue whatever you are doing (not sure what it is tbh).

Nah I'm just trolling.

I probably was upset at you a year ago, but not anymore. I'm glad you are making MH more beginner friendly, and I wish you luck with that. Best of luck to you.

Also when I said I "had no respect for you," it was in the context of everyone leaving. I was trying to tell them that if they just ignored you, like I did, then we could all be in MH and it would be fine.

I would have preferred if they just outvoted you and removed you from the council at the time. But in hindsight, I prefer what happened.

I think Optimum will become what MH should have, if not for your leadership.

Uhh, outvote, remove from council? That's not how this works.

AyanM paid for MH to exist. No one except AyanM gets a vote. If AyanM says Norman's in council, he's in council. Period. End of discussion.

If others disapprove of that, they can of course leave, but clans aren't democracies. The person who purchased them gets final say, always.

U know, u make a good point Nauz.

You are 99% percentile player, so I would expect you to make good points. Screw clans, and their own internally decided leaderships/voting system. None of that shit matters.

As is typical, the true source of power is warzone coins

tbh, I'm not sure publicly saying "MH isn't a democracy" is gonna help Norman's rebranding efforts into a happy, family-friendly clan for beginners.

Nauz, buddy, how u doing btw? Wanna continue our bo11?

It's not a democracy, it's got nothing to do with whether it's a good thing to say or not. Clans are owned by whoever buys them. If I buy a clan, and recruit you, and give you manager rights, and you kick me from my clan, if I contact Fizzer he will put me back in the clan and give me my MR back. That's how it has always worked. The person who purchases the clan owns it. They can choose to let people vote, and then honor the wishes of those who voted, but the final say will always ultimately be theirs.

As for BO11, I have no interest in playing SE. That hasn't changed, it's never going to. I have zero interest in trying to prove anything to you, or anyone else.

I don't exactly see you lining up to play BO11's at templates you dislike or don't play often either. Not sure why you expect me to be interested in playing SE.

How bout this. You join MH and let Norman train you. I hear they are taking beginners now.

Then we can match again and it would be hype?? It would be like we reversed groups

@sanmu im mad because im also losing (online) friends. They turned to be too much sensetive, treated our community - that makes me mad though.
I was absent, but i've read all the chats through - Norman has not done ANYTHING bad. I mean if they would treat him the same way as he did, he would have not got pissed. A matter of maturity as I see that. So, once again - you better be a dick than a crying baby running away and shitting on the whole group because of 1 person.
I have paid $15 for the clan, but I would not say I have a major vote in the management, all votes are same. You can ask current and previous CMs if you are interested.

The "clans aren't a democracy" thing is only half true. The clan on the site is just an image, icon, chat, and forum. The community is separate and particularly mature ones aren't really under the control of the clan owner. See: CORP with Kazuki, Optimum/Prime with me (what would happen if I try to intervene in either? I can't feasibly meddle without damaging the community. Even though on paper I own both clans, in terms of asserting power over either community I have about as much as any other outsider.)

Clans' dynamics are pretty interesting. They're just tribes that grow out of an in-game feature but aren't tightly coupled with it. I don't think folks have thought hard enough about their mechanics and relationship with the game itself.

There's a difference from choosing not to exercise power, and not having power. I am sure Fizzer would let you retake control of any clan you purchased.
