Can a WZ template closely mimic Risk? No fog, multi-attack, but orders are executed player by player, not all at once. Oops. Sorry for trying to hijack the thread.

You could perfectly replicate Risk by using the "Take Turns" mod & changing game settings appropriately.

Only difference would be kill rates vs dice, but you could add Luck to simulate dice.

Warmind is already a registered trademark of Bungie (since 2018; Warminds are supercomputers in their Destiny franchise).

Risky Business is already the name of a board game. Zone of War is kind of similar to Activision's Warzone trademark and would be reusing the same of a small indie game that claimed it first (https://www.igdb.com/games/zone-of-war).

Mine Wars and War Studio don't have any existing games or conflicting trademarks pop up in a cursory search.

I don't think warmnd would be much of a problem tbh. it's a game name Vs a game mechanic. also battlefield got away with trademarking battlefield portal even tho there is a game called portal
