Can someone remind me what level is required for a player to join CL?

Most templates use OP/OD cards, so lvl 41 is a good baseline. That can obviously be higher or lower depending on the specific settings.

Overridden bonuses like FB is lvl 45 for example.

Depends on which template they want to play. If memory serves me right, level 50 is required for maps such as biomes of america, from that level on you can play anything.

It is required that a player can create a game on a template they want to play themselves, otherwise the CLOT can not give said player their games. I'll post the level list in a bit.
