This will be a weekly real time, team based competition, livestreamed by me. .

How will each set work?
Each set is made up of 3-5 1v1 games. Before the games begin, viewers on the twitch stream will vote for one template all teams will play, following that for each individual matchup, both teams get to ban 2 templates and then get to pick a template each. The first round will consist of 3 concurrent games (different players). First to 3 wins takes the set. If a clean 3 game sweep is made in the first round, no further games will need to be played, however if it is not, the team to have lost 2 games gets to pick the following template. Again is the team up 2-1, wins that, the set is over, but if the team down ties it at 2, then the last template will be picked by the loser of the previous round (team originally up 2-1).

What time will the games be played?
Preferably whenever I can stream (once a week, Sundays if I don't have to work). If teams cannot play each other in that time though, they may set up their own date to play, under the catch that they themselves will manage the sets and deliver the information to me along with game links. These games can be played in between each weekly livestream.

How do I sign up?
PM me with a roster of 2 to 10 people along with a team name.
Also regarding team names,
-Do not use your clan name, this isn't Clan League, be creative.
-Do not call your team Team Germany or some other country. This isn't nations cup, be creative.
-No politically themed names.
-If you can provide a logo for your team, that'd be an added bonus.

*Hint*
You have advantage over your opponents if you play with your shirt off.

@Yaxvi and anyone else in Europe, happy to create Europe team. I like the idea of streaming this type of tourney on the weekend.

Edit: Maybe better to remove region restrictions? Would allow for more variety in teams.
Just a suggestion pls dont hate me.

It's poorly worded and written confusingly. But knowing Cowboob there is probably a decent idea underneath.

So, hire Plat as an editor, he good w/words.

Don't like to brag about my editing skills but indeed this piece could do with more fluent grammar and spelling. It's an eye sore to say the least trying to read this.

Did you know I got 78% on my English test Cloud Strife?

How about I do a stream tomorrow to help give an idea how a match will work. I might just do this weekly until the teams form, before booting it into a full blown league.

Regarding region restrictions, I'm fine with it, just thought time zone wise, it would be better to center the leagues around their specific timezones than anything else.

Perhaps you could do timezone/region-specific division/conference things, but without restricting the participants' nationality.

Do you want to become a team together Lin? I'll let you come up with the team name as a lovely incentive to becoming team mates with me.

First stream will happen today in about 2 hours.
I have decided to make some adjustments to the league though. The actual structure of each matchup will be the same but the league will be points based rather than week to week matchups.

-Teams will required to have 2-10 players (at least 4 recommended).*
-Teams will not be required to play every week, rather they will not gain any points by not being present.
-2 Titles are up for grabs: the points title (team at the end of a season with most points) and the playoff title (A playoff bracket made up of the top 6 teams in the points standings, it will be played on the last game of the season.)
-Season length has not been determined yet.

- Points scoring will be
10 points for a set won
3 points for a sweep
3 points per win
2 points for participation

*For teams less than 4 players the rule of only 1 player getting to play 2 games still applies, and will be subject to forfeits.
For instance in a 2 player team, they will need to win all 3 games to win a set.
(ROUND 1)
Player 1 game
Player 2 game
Forfeit in place of player 3
(ROUND 2)
Player 1 or 2 play if both games won.
(ROUND 3)
If it goes to a round 3, the team of 2 forfeits the game.

Similarly if a team has 3 players, they will be required to forfeit one game, but they can choose which one to forfeit.

You may also only play for 1 team a season, though you can join that team at anytime. Players can also be dropped to make room for other players, but once a player is dropped they may not play for you again.

How long is one person needed for? Like if you start streaming, and I have an hour of free time, would I have time to play that week?
