Hey, so im not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but on the web browser version of the game. I have this button on the top left of my screen that says "remove ads". The weird part of all this is, I dont see any ads! Im not sure if im the only one who has this bug or if its just me. Can somebody please help me with this? Im just about losing my mind over it!

If you have an ad block that blocks all ads, then it's not a bug. Otherwise, idk.

It's just a part of Warzone that survives adblock. If you have uBlock Origin or something else that comes with a zapper, just zap it away since uBlock doesn't automatically catch it. There'll still be some negative space it was taking up, though, so you might have to throw in a userstyle to get around that- or just forget about it and get over the minor inconvenience.

Maybe throw in other ad blockers and see if any of them do the trick.

The thing is, if everyone ran adblock, I'd have no choice but to require a membership to play Warzone. I know you don't like ads, I don't either, but ads are what enable the site to be free. Therefore, if you're the kind of person who don't want to pay for a website or service, you should be glad that the ads are there as they are what allow you to use it for free.

Keep in mind, every time you use the website it costs money. It costs over $1000 per month to keep the Warzone servers functioning, and that gets paid mostly with advertising revenue.

Plus if you use an ad blocker, you can just white-list Warzone specifically.

Amazing. An easier community than I thought.

I could see ad block being a problem, but what about ad filter? As in, only explicit ads and such are blocked and the rest are allowed?
