Greetings!
Although all or many look good, I would like if I can have personal "skin". For the sake of speed, I prefer having no or less graphic in interface when on slow equipments, but not mind about graphic if I am on better ones - this should be customizable like Unity/Flash switch.
Let it be that each person can have 2 choices and to switch from one to another when appropriate. Don't push general appearance on all devices.

Louis pb16 pb34 are the top 3 for me, specially louis, black bg is a lot more eye-friendly specially for multitasking. Tito kinda got it.

I like pb12 the most.
But how about an image of the commender ordering the troops to move forward, or a view in the same style as the cards? With the many maps there are, it doesn't feel right to choose a world map or any kind of map as background to represent the game.

Louie (because it looks clean, and sharp... and not too many dissimilar colours makes for a concrete theme) pb23 pb45

Do the different looks work like themes on cell phones?
If yes, then I was wondering if it is possible to make a bunch of different themes available? There are a bunch there that I like.
Mainly I like the ones with the crisp, bold colours rather than the more shaded, muted ones. This is primarily due to my somewhat degenerated vision. The deeper, bold colours are far easier to look at for longer periods of time.
Very well done!
