My entire WebGl experience even after launch was slow. The standalone was much better. Problem is, the standalone is membs only, so I have to suffer through with my alt on WebGl if I want to QM with it.

I'm using the new interface in WARZONE in a single player game vs. three AIs, and see that it's now possible to move all of one's armies, so that there are zero armies on a territory. Is this intentional? I don't think this was possible in the older version.

That is the One Army Must Stand Guard setting. You can turn it on / off in the game settings.

My problem is actually with new colors, which aren't too good and one of the in-game feature: see other player's banked time isn't available.

Also, playing multiple rt games on different tabs actually slows down(browser version) a bit, as compared to flash. Game is surely playable and few problems with phone version (browser and app), which aren't exaggerating :P

The settings you are looking for is called 'One-army Stand Guard' and you can turn it of. It should be in the armies tab if memory serves me right

Thanks Muli & TBest. Why would the default change when I switched to Unity? I didn't change anything myself - just logged in today and saw that the behavior had changed.

Android app borders on unusable. If there's a way to get the old Android interface back let me know. Popups galore every time you touch something,cant read chat. Maybe it works on a PC. Bummer. I'd be happy to pay more if that was the issue.

blob: All single player levels are no army stand guard, and were like that before the Warzone launch, too.

I stick with Flash (playing from PC), the only problem I got is clearance of flash storage so all my prepared moves in FFA where I have 1000+ income are gone :P .
Flash looks slightly faster when loading now and lagging while assigning moves is almost gone. I use Opera and recommend it , was way faster than Firefox or Chrome on this particular site.
I don't plan to switch to Unity now, too many bugs.
Also, I really like new colors :)

The android app is really terrible. I uninstalled it a few minutes after trying to use it. The app doesn't obey any rotation lock that you've set. That's like a big f u to the user. Website is terrible as well. I doubt I'm going to get used to any of this.

The new android app is horrible. Does anyone have an old .apk that might still work?

Whose idea was it to add pop-up ads and only let us read one line of chat at a time?

Unity too slow and Flash doesnt work.

I might be able to fix some layout/colour bugs on the site but not in games, but first need to make my user scripts work.

Flash works, at least on PC. Cannot test it on mobile.

relax aye guys change is good change is always happening in life and end of the day its just a game aye all good fizz is a good guy keeping this going so long put a lot of his own time into this. people live on these forms its sad to see all they feed off is negitivity

I'm using the android version.

In. My opinion, the problem is not the game nor the features, but the design.
The new warzone is terribly design.. Difficult to read the chats.

Way too colorful. Warlight was sleeker and cleaner.

Everything looks clutter in the tiny screen of your phone.
However, the new Android version gives you access to some features that were not available, like access to this forum to complaint.

Prefer the older warlight design, it was much better.

Tried both the Flash and Unity Versions.


Flash:

looks new but more or less stayed the same..nothing to complain here about! (except maybe the fact that many game options are unity only, like the commerce game setting)


Unity:
Very slow to load. I dislike that there is no more Single player/Multi player drop menus. You have to load a different tab every single time you want to start either a sp or mp game (at least 15 sec loading time on 2 different computers). The page layout is very wonky and does not seet to be thought for a computer. The Community created levels page looks bad, with 2/3 of the screen empty and 1/3 with the levels. (the win rate and likes placed on the sp levels are visually ugly). While playing, the maps look odd, and you can't even chat.

I was hoping that commanders and bomb cards would have been unlocked to all players now that mods are the new premium settings!

I personally can't stand playing with Unity atm! Biggest problem for me is that everything on Unity looks rather bad and is too slow!

What really bothers me is (in the dashboard) the black dot that shows that someone hasn't take his turn yet. It's not in the center of the box any more. It's a little bit lower and looks like an eye looking down.

Very creepy.


I have to say that i'm a very tolerant guy (in free games) though.

Okay, where can i change in flash the sound effects now? They are so loud, nowhere to reduce the volume or turn them off.
I don't believe it but maybe they are in the account setting. But i can't see this because my account settings are just empty black bars...
