I was recruited by {101st} Master Sarah♦ and am interested in taking part too. How soon will you be able to tell us the date? I suppose that's the sticking point for most of us (as long as we're not living in Berlin ;D).
If I am available on the weekend you choose, I will tell you immediately. You can count me as two, I will come either with Kurdistan49 or not at all :) What a great idea! I was interested if something like that would ever happen with the WL community, looks like it will^^

I haven't made a forum post in years, but this initiative is amazing enough to make me want to chime in. I really hope that it gets off the ground, even if it is unlikely that I will have the time to attend.
I noticed that one of the "lectures" you mentioned was an analysis of the 50-player game. I might be persuaded to write such an analysis (or at least write a post-mortem of the game) from the winner's perspective. It might also be an appropriate occassion to share some of the methods that I've used to maintain an insane win rate in FFA's generally. But I am not sure if a "paper" is what you had in mind, or if there is any real interest in the subject of FFA's.
At any rate, I'm happy to try to contribute, even if I cannot be there in person.

P.S. Thanks for the personal mail, Linberson - I doubt I'd have noticed the thread otherwise...
