Then why do you judge people based off of their race? "Black people" doesn't mean anything on an individual basis, you can say "Most blacks" but that doesn't really mean anything either. When you live in a liberal western democracy, being a member of the nation is the only collective that matters in an objective sense.

Yes they did get some help but most of their progress was developed by themselves. The same applies to China, Singapore, Czech Republic, etc. Crying doesn't help. Work does.

Africa could rebuild too if it wasn't being dragged down by the west for centuries.

Blacks are basically consuming resources that should have been used more efficiently and at the same time keeping resources in Africa and the Caribbeans from ever being utilized. There is so much unused fertile land in Africa that should have been farms but because of black negligence they just gather dust. There are so many nice islands in the Caribbeans that should have been turned into resorts.
