For Africa however it is the best if the West completely left the continent. Society will eventually stabilise if terrorists are no longer being supplied with arms and corrupt politians no longer being funded by western corporations.

The borders of most African countries are drawn after the decolonisation. They are artificial and cause race and language problems. Corrupt politcians and terrorists are being funded and armed by the west. Poor farmers are being exploited by corporations to allow African goods being cheaper than European goods in Europe.
Last but not least the climate and lack of need to start agriculture caused African tribes to be less technologically advanced than Europe in former times.

For most parts the west caused the havoc in Africa, not the Africans themselves.
