He is undeniably a brilliant negotiator, speaker, and man in general. Whether you believe his policies are good or not, he is smart. Biden, for example, I would consider intelligent - I hate his policies, but he is smart, like most politicians.

I don't think he's dumb because of his stances on the issues. Dumb doesn't mean disagree. I disagree with Paul Ryan but he's obviously not dumb. I disagree with Rand Paul strongly but he's a really smart guy. Trump is dumb.

It's not about what he said, it's about what he's capable of. He changes his mind a lot, he flies off the handle, he's a loose cannon, he has a huge ego and firm views. All the ingredients for a very dangerous leader. Whether he goes after muslims or some other group or does something else crazy, who knows. But his temperament is concerning. This view is shared by many foreign governments.
