I can't be bothered to read everything in the middle, I've glanced at this a few times, but can someone please tell me when the auction is?

The managers for Group A have been finalized!! Here's the list:

We have finished estimating the tiers and base prices for all players who have signed up before the deadline. All players who signed up after the deadline, will be priced in a week and will only be eligible for the auction for Group B. Keep in mind, these are just base prices. We expect most players to be bought at a higher price.

All Group A managers have been notified. The auction for Group A will begin in 2 days, and is estimated to take around 6 days. Once it is complete, the auction for B shall proceed with players left in the pool. Based on the tiers, I'm expecting a closely contested Group A, and a strong Group B.

Every player should check the sheet titled "Market"(link on first post) and confirm that they are listed and that their game count is accurate. We've made every effort to cross-check, but are prone to mistakes due to the manual process. Only players listed in this sheet will be part of the auction.

Fixed game count on Market tab. I'm going to continue using the name a player had during sign up. It always links to your profile, so managers will know who you are. We can update names at the end of the season if it really bothers people :)

It is not a real-time auction. There will be 6 rounds. Every round(containing 1 random player from each tier) will last a maximum of 24 hours. The results of each round will be declared immediately. If a manager does not submit a bid for any player in a particular round, it is assumed that they are not interested in the players in the that round.

We plan on holding a trial round of auctions(imaginary players not in the league) in 12 hours, with the group A managers.

10 games

A trial round of the auction has been conducted to help managers understand the process. It can be found under the sheet "Auction Trial Round". 6 imaginary managers bid for 11 players in that round.

For every round, managers submit a max bid per player(they can ignore players they are not interested in), max game count and max player count.

While resolving the round, the winning bid is given first preference. If that manager has not reached their max player count or their max game count(for that round only), they are awarded that player.
If the winning manager, is not eligible to receive the player, due to exceeding any of those 2 limits, the second highest bid wins(as long as they have not exceeded their count) and so on.

Every player won by each manager after that round of bidding, and the buying price are also listed.

I don't understand the player priority. Sultan got bought for 70 because the manager put him in priority 1 when another manager bidded 90 but in priority 4 ? So if player priority is more important than the bid itself we can do steal for lower tier players (that manager may not bid for in first turns) by putting them in priority 1 and bid just their value.

Shouldn't players be sold in order just by taking the highest bid and then move on to the next player ? And manager should adjust their bid according to their own priority. It would also be simplier for you and easier to understand for managers.
