Yeah sad it had to end this way, it wasn't anyone's fault just some things went wrong this season with templates, vote counts etc, hopefully it won't happen next season.

Jeff, dont go blaming individuals. First, i have enjoyed working with Ollie. 2nd, that isn't productive anyway.

Voting could possibly be fixed with STV (single transferable vote)

Don't bother with the original video, it's more confusing than helpful. Just imagine that the various individuals are the various templates, and given the small sample size of voters, it works out pretty well.

Chris, thx for running the league, as I said, I think it's no one's fault but a collective fail going from you having little time to a vote that was just fucked up. Sorry if I was a bit harsh on my comments, I didn't wanted anyone to take them as offensively as it sounded (Ollie seemed a bit pissed off though lol).

Anyways, democracy's a bitch, for the next CL I like motd's idea he made in a stream a few days ago, just make a template pool and choose them randomly off the pool. And in addition to that, I think clans could vote away a picked template if there's a strong majority that disagree with it. That way the template choosing will be faster and harder to manipulate through strategic voting, and no bad template will ever go in, as clans can vote out stuff they strongly disagree with.

Final Earth template provided has 15 wastelands size 10 and 4 neutrals per in-distribution territory. Pardon my ignorance as I haven't played this template, but those seems a bit on the high end so I just wanted to make sure they are correct.

It actually gives an interesting board everytime, income is rather scarce and we rarely see these huge rich areas that are common for final earth. I like that; I dislike more the fact that the cards are shown (when in your hand and played), and that there's a reconaissance card.

well, any decent player knows what cards you have anyway. sometimes it is not clear when they used a delay, but usually you know what they have and don't.
