To judge, in the sense of as it is used in the New Testament, is referring to telling people that they are going to Heaven or going to Hell, if they are good or evil
To summarize: "Nobody can tell anyone that they are screwing up without being a hypocrite."
Your post also basically said that It doesn't matter that Being Gay isn't Ok, christians have no right to say anything about it.
The Passage in Matthew I quote refers specifically to criticizing someone for a specific problem when you yourself have that problem to a much greater degree. To quote the actual example, Criticizing your Brother for having a splinter in his eye when you yourself have a log in yours, and it does specifically forbid Even mentioning the problem to the person. It cannot be applied to sin in general, since it is the Duty of christians to uphold God's law in the church.
Although, I do agree that without converting an individual, Correcting their sins does them no good other than familiarizing them with God's expectations of them.
