I disagreed with most of what you posted, but we've derailed this thread enough as is and I'm not going to waste time arguing against all those quotes. Also, what makes you think I'm upset? I'm feeling quite unrustled at the moment. :)

A person can be religious and believe in evolution at the same time (I disagree with this, but it can be done). The topic is about whether or not Evolution is true, so by switching the subject to the validity of religion we are derailing. (It's almost close to thread-jacking at this point)

well i tried to keep it to the science and not give an opinion on religion. Of course since the only people denying evolution are the creationnist, i guess you are partially right. I did link a few videos on evolution vs creation, but most videos were only about explaining the mechanisms and evidences about the theory of evolution.

The main part of Evolution that I do not follow is the long-term part of it, where a creature resembling nothing like a human eventually turns into one. I can believe in minor changes, such as larger brains and body sizes due to better nutrition and such, but farther than that and it gets difficult for me to believe.

To be honest, I get skeptical on any theory that tries to say what happened 10000+ (or whatever huge number) years ago. Which is why I don't tend to argue as vehemently on those topics, because I'm uncertain myself.
