Yeah, seems like it. Same country, similar winrate, etc. Could maybe be 2 brothers or something, but they booted the same turn so it's probably just alts.

What is this conjecture based on? Same country? Collusion from the start of game?

The super close times in chatting is speculative but not conclusive. Actually I see now that they both booted and you won, lol ... ok that is a bit sus too to both boot after announcing they would collude to beat you

But oddly they're both members - not common for alts (quiet you, JK, not everyone strives to get membership for all their alts)

They probs get a warning. But that will never be so certain that they'd be suspended.

All that's needed to be done is having them reported. Then the mods will check the report and see if they are alts. They have tools we don't.

The best thing is that even while they worked together, they still lost both games.

Yep, no wonder they tried cheating in the first place - they're so bad that they use two accounts and still lose 4-player FFAs 🤣.
It's made even more sad that the two accounts combined had considerably more income than the main opponent when it became a "2" v 1, and even then they lost.
