Play speed should be added to the prerequisite options when creating a game. For example, my profile says my multi-day speed is 11 hours. I would like to filter out very slow players from joining my games. What do you guys think about this idea?

It's been discussed in the past . . . differing opinions, but as far as it being as option? Sure, why not? You're the host, you should be able to make some judgement calls on what type of folks you want joining your games.

I think this may have been a setting a few years ago, but when the game moved away from flash fizzer removed a few prerequisite options.

why don't you just reduce the boot timer? if you want a lower turn average, but with the possibility of using up time if in a pinch, add banked time

If this were to happen, similar to the boot percentrage, it would need to be calculated in terms of last 100 turns or something like that

Low timer + low bootrate is a good substitute for that I think
