iirc, I think it's called, a vanity quote. If you look at Fizzer in a forum post he has, "Warzone Creator" under his level.

I propose Members and those at level 50 or higher receive this feature. I've administered forums. I know all Fizzer has to do is move his mouse around and tap a few clicks.

No. Tagline is not the same as a Vanity quote.

Tagline is for your game profile.
Vanity quote is for forums. It appears under your level.

Could be a fun way to display rare achievements, or current ladder leaders.
