I’ll vote for ugly shapes. The map is much simpler and doesn’t have a distracting background.

Drawing.svg is just the latest crass meme map. Maybe funny now, but as all memes do it ages very quickly.
Couple years from now drawing.svg will no longer be relevant - while ugly shapes is of course timeless.

The drawing definitely gives you more bang for your buck. So I am for the drawing.

so hard so hard,

on one hand Ugly Shapes is very simplistic, with the harsh white on a black background

However more effort has clearly been put into Drawing.svg and for that reason i need to give it my vote

+1 drawing.svg

Ugly Shapes shows much less effort, while drawing.svg had to go through multiple rounds of review until the territory names could get approved by the Haters In Charge.
