I'm almost ready to upgrade to my first legendary artifact and was hoping for some advice on what would be my best option.

I have an epic SAC and an epic army camp boost. My instinct says upgrade SAC, but any advice you all could give would be appreciated!

Imho these are better for 1st Leg:
Army Cache Boost
Time Warp
Inspire Mercs
Alloy Values
Triple Strike
Quad Strike

SAC is good @ Leg but you don't need it. It gets you longer times, but if you're using it "properly" with SAC+FC strat, you don't actually need it that long and would get better benefit from one of the above.

I have a legendary alloy values, 50% Merc discount, and 100% alloy sell price and still run out of money so alloy values
