Best clan for what? In general, TSFH. But you have to not be a jerk to last in TSFH, else you'll just get kicked.

But if you're looking to be #1 in CL, not sure who that is right now.

If you're looking to be #1 in CW and get Idle rewards, see Masters, and you'll have to be good enough for them to take you.

And likely other options for other criteria.
