I would assume session age. Time Warp would be irrelevant in this case.

Great! A free legendary artifact to sacrifice!

Parsifal, there's no help for you. You're too far gone. (:

"The Supercamp now gives 10% more armies permanently!"

A lower bonus than I was hoping for, honestly. And sucks for anyone who doesn't have a supercamp.

Gonna swing through Copper Creek for the legendary and some extra AP before I move on. Probably skipping straight to China after that since I never use arenas, though maybe the Gladiator reward will give something to people who don't play them.

On the other side, having it at only 10% gives a smaller disadvantage to those that dont have supercamp.

It's based on when you started and finished the level, not session age. Also, the location of the multi-level is in Rhodes.

How is this evaluating your efficiency? And how is this a fair approach for everyone? I'd wished it was session-age. RL time favors so much more than just your efficiency: your sleeping times / how far you pushed idle time, your Auto-advs (despite their own inefficiency), your use of powers. And some of those points even beat efficiency in how much they effect the level times. Someone who is only idling at times will never beat those limits if they are compared to RL time, they could beat session-age-limits, though.

If it were session age, you couldn't use TWs to enable clear time.

@Phoenix

Session age is only available to those who get Statistics level 2. It would not be fair to ask players to invest 150 AP to compare the session age and the target time.

When the players reach Final Earth, where the first ore bonus is, they probably only have 120 AP in total.

Edit: Thanks Nemo for pointing out the error on the effect of Statistics.

Well, this makes me feel better about investing in Idle Time. What did you Idle pros upgrade yours to?
I'm at 6 hrs, but once I reach the point where I've gotten all the recommended upgrades I'll probably bump it up to 8hrs, so I can increase efficiency with normal sleep.

7 hrs for now. Same as you, will likely go higher later... maybe even go gold ... 24 hrs ! Later, after getting all the good stuff.

During COVID times while WFH, 7 hrs is enough. If we go back to the office, 16-24 hrs would be better.

  • that session-age is locked behind a "pay-wall" is no argument for not basing the ore-based rewards on session-age. You might just have to make session-age visible to everyone
  • If we don't base the rewards on session-age, what other purpose serves the session-age then?
  • What do you mean by "If it were session age, you couldn't use TWs to enable clear time."? Does TW count as session-time? If so, what's the problem? You can still use TW to up your production with the penalty, that it counts just like any other hour that you played and that gave you armies and money. I really don't see a problem. Powers don't have to be overpowered, in this scenario, TW would be more about convenience, add another hour before your idle time to finish something that then can run over night.
  • Iirc, RL time isn't displayed either without Statistics. Sure, you can make yourself a note somewhere, but how is RL time any better if the game keeps it a secret, too. RL time might be shown on the level-completion-dialog but honestly, how does that help me if I finished a level a few minutes too late. And how should I know how much I have to improve if my last level time isn't displayed at all. TLDR: session-age isn't shown as is RL time, so you need Statistics for both metrics.
  • I don't require those rewards to be given to a player on their first play through, I just would appreciate if those rewards would be fair for every player. I won't have a hard time getting them, as I'm quite active, but why penalize more passive players?

Addition: If it is about RL time, then just:
  • collect or purchase 5 TWs
  • start level
  • find all crafters and configure profitable recipes
  • activate Superpower on TW
  • buy mercs and win
That should make most of the levels much easier to finish within limit. But it wouldn't be any proof of your advs or strategy anymore.

it is possible that there isn't just one version of the app but several. Either for different Android versions or different screen sizes or so. Google might build and release them one after the other. Or Google uses a staged roll-out to avoid a situation where millions of devices download the same app at the same time. Who knows what exactly Google is doing. I can't see the new version, either, at this point. Or is there a beta-program for this app to get the update a bit earlier??

I think after Google approves of the build, it then goes to the Android phone and tablet manufacturers, who then do one final check, because they're the ones that say which of their phones and tablets can run the app. Each phone manufacturer might have a different approval processing speed.
