Active Artifact: Full Activation
Can use any active artifact’s effect of the player’s choosing many times.

This artifact has a pool of points that can be used to trigger any active artifact’s effect. Each point normally takes 16 hrs to recharge, one at a time. This artifact can be swapped out if you have at least 1 point in stock.

Poor: Max stock of 1 point, and all effects work at poor tier
Common: Max stock of 2 points, and all effects work at common tier
Uncommon: Max stock of 4 points, and all effects work at uncommon tier
Rare: Max stock of 8 points, and all effects work at rare tier
Epic: Max stock of 16 points, and all effects work at epic tier
Legendary: Max stock of 32 points, and all effects work at legendary tier

This artifact has a branching upgrade path at legendary > insane.

Normal upgrade:

There're 65 mines and 23 types of ores.
Thorium is the 13th ore, Neodymium is the 14th ore. (Copper=1st, Tin=2nd, etc)
Catated is the 37th mine.
Catated is a mid-game mine. Nothing special about it other than the important fact that the word "cat" is in the name.
