Will we be allowed to change our votes? That would be really nice.

It's not just missing votes Dom - not commenting and only voting should be like not voting.

Maybe that can be a special ability ... "Mute" Can read and knows all the other specials and wolves identities ... but cannot vote or talk.

I don't think I'm going to allow changing of votes; with a game of approaching 30 people, it's gonna be almost impossible to admin even without vote changing! Besides, in a close vote, there's the chance that a couple of people on at a deadline could create havoc, and as much as I like chaos, I prefer chaos for you lot, rather than for me :P

I sent out several PMs earlier, so hopefully we could hit 30 by tomorrow!

Depending on numbers tomorrow, I will then decide on roles + rules and am looking to start the game by tomorrow afternoon/evening!

It's not just about numbers - can we please ban the players who were inactive before?

And Ska, the reason I've just gone for non-voters dying is that it's easy for me to measure. They can be peer-pressured into giving reasoning I think!

Not being able to change votes could really screw with the game though. People wont want to vote untill the very end and it will stop players being able to defend themselves with beautiful rhetoric?
