We are making a few template changes to the MTL (http://md-ladder.cloudapp.net/).

The following templates have been retired:

• Snowy Mountains MA: http://md-ladder.cloudapp.net/template?templateId=940478
  

The following templates have been added:

• MME MA+LD Light Fog: http://md-ladder.cloudapp.net/template?templateId=1386925
  
• Yorkshire Brawl: http://md-ladder.cloudapp.net/template?templateId=1386923
  

In addition, the map for Elitist Africa has been updated to Elitist Africa 3.0 (https://www.warzone.com/Map/35156-Elitist-Africa-30).
Also, the longtime missing Strat ME has finally been added back!

This is as good a time as ever to rejoin the ladder!

Why was EA&O removed? (I liked that template a lot tbh)

Because it has terrible odds for finishing bonuses. Always in the high 90%s to succeed when taking a +3 with single pick, +4 with combo pick, etc.
You cannot risk manage it. Also, it's a very boring map, you always pick the same stuff...

as far as i know there was someone that proposed great changes to EA & O it, that made it overall better

Coincidentally the person Njord calls great happens to be himself.. as he made the changes to the template that made it "better".

I didn’t mention it in the first thread, but if you previously had one of the three removed templates vetoed, you have gotten that veto back.

it is better, that just a fact, but as long as the montrosity that is EA&O SR is not on the MTL its ok
