Not sure if this has already been made, can't find it in the "forum search" at least, but I think it might be a nice idea to have a thread in which people can just tell a bit about themselves.
Of course internet has the advantage of allowing us all to be internet heroes so for those who fancy their privacy and/or their cloud cooky fantasy settings they're free to abstain from introducing themselves.
On the other hand, those who would like to introduce themselves and say something about themselves, feel free to reply in this thread.

General info people could mention here would be like age,nationality,gender,reason why they started playing warlight,occupation/work,hobbies and other things. Forum users can be creative people so if people would be willing to write other stuffs I'm sure they will....

I'll start with an Example:

I'm Aranka, a 21 yea old female, from the Netherlands. In my spare time I am a medical student for which I'm currently doing my internships in internal medicine. Hobbies include (but are not limited to):games, sports (all kinds), reading and going out with friends.
I started playing warlight since as a little girl, around 3 or 4, I had already liked the game of Risk a lot. First tried lux but that was only a trial version (not freeware)and the multiplayer option was rather bad. This was freeware and great multiplayer settings so it was actually a no-brainer.

Naturally, the inferiority this engenders in your race leads to the awakening of your latent violent instincts, so I prefer to prove myself on a virtual platform, in order to quite literally save my skin. For example, I used to play chess in the park, but after defeating one grandmaster for the twentieth time in a row, he made a quite illegal move with a bishop, which the doctors are still unable to remove.

The downside is that the toadier humans are not able to prostrate themselves at my feet, as they do in real life.

He probably should have figured it out, but I read it the same way at first. It's not the greatest sentence ever written. Not just the grammar, but the semantics of it.
