Flash has what the other one doesn't. If you load the browser on your mobile device and you go to certain widgets such as design map, it says need flash mode. I don't exactly know but it happened to me so for some actions I'm not sure but it seems will not be supported.

I still use flash and I hate that territories blink when you click them in unity, js.
