This topic is the part of the AWP World Tour:

On the Tour, only the first three weeks of the months have fixed templates for the events, on the remained 15 events of the year the template isn't predefined, those are choose by the help of the Tour community, on a monthly bases.

Please help me choose the templates for the November 23rd and 30th events.

You can simple vote* from the template list below, but I would highly appreciate if you could suggest** new templates as well.
    * this won't be a real voting and the AWP Admin will be who choose the template in the end, but very based on your votes/suggestions/opinions written in this topic!
    ** if you propose a new template, please post a game (NOT template) link too, thanks.
    The Tour Template Panel can veto this suggested new template if it is not suitable for competitive play.

VERY WEIRD TEMPLATE POOL
(constantly updated)
Where the gameplay is very different than the standards. Templates with game changing mechanics (MA, LD, ArmyCap, No-Split, Commanders, Changed kill rates), templates with many special settings. These are usually the controversial templates (hated by many but loved too)


SOFT WEIRD TEMPLATE POOL
(constantly updated)
Where the gameplay is different a bit than the standards. Templates with no game changing mechanics, but with a few gimmicks (e.g. weird maps (symmetrical, brawly, big, etc.), weird bonuses (INSS, Super bonuses, negative bonuses, etc.), weird incomes, weird neutrals/wastelands, weird distribution, weird cards, weird fogs, extra armies, etc.)

Helping you regarding new template proposal, I copy here the already scheduled templates (the 35 fixed plus the voted ones) so you do not need propose these because they are already on the Tour. You can use a simple CTRL-F with the template name you want to propose, and if you find it here, you do not need to propose it.

The voted (not fixed 250 Series events) templates so far in 2020:
  • Reverse Tic-Tac-Toe (very weird)
  • Unicorn Island (standard SR)
  • Hopscotch (soft weird)
  • Laketown (standard SR)
  • Strat. Yin'angzhou (soft weird)
  • Red Dead Redemption (standard SR)
  • Final Fantasy VII (standard WR)
  • Austria Airports (soft weird)
  • Tor-ture (standard WR)
  • Timid Land (very weird)
  • Turkey NOT LD (standard SR)
  • Saudi Arabia (standard SR)
  • Post-Melt Antarctica (standard SR)

Wow, how many votes!

I was already thinking of stoping this topic out of disinterest, but now a great many of you have voted, and more importantly, you also suggested new templates too! (this would be one of the main goals of this topic).

Thank you very much for your help guys!

The "bad" news, that Imperium Romanum 35/85 has been strongly vetoed by the template panel, so I cannot put it into the template list, sorry.

But I will put Tarabonia into the template list ("vanilla but decent template"), thank you very much Meldarion for your suggestion!

So imp rome 35/85 is vetoed and Grecce LD isn't

Edit: Only arguemnt about Imp Rome being vetoed is that if stallers like Rak would join tourney it would take ages to finish

35/85 is the worst suggestion by far but that doesn't make Greece LD a good template.
Not even close.
