My message was a friendly reminder not to try to go off topic too far, posed in a slightly comic way by copying the structure of your message.

If you can't take a bit of a joke, and start swearing at people who did nothing to offend you, why are you surprised if there is one who doesn't want to see people treated this way and blocklists you?

Again, I mean no offense in general, but take a look at what you just posted and ask yourself if you'd like to be treated in such a manner.

You had a point with your first message and essentially you're right.

However there is a thin line between jokes and making fun of somebody. My message was a reaction to your mocking and ridiculing-style post.

You're spamming this topic just as much as me by provoking me with your condescending post. If your message was respectful, I wouldn't even respond and continue this. So you added fuel to the fire, in other words.

It was never my intention to spam or cause drama. I just wanted Octane to see my post, that's it.

(Maybe I overreacted a bit, I wasn't in a mood for this shit.)

@Bobby I don't know if there's an official timeline, but I'd imagine it'll take some time. AI will have to review every template submitted (I think in the range of 15-20) decide what he likes/dislikes about it, rank it, etc. Won't be immediate.

That's right. Sorry, this will take me some time. The idea is also to do a stream with master of desaster discussing the templates. I will announce it as soon as I know more.

I want to thank everybody for their template submissions. We had a very good participation I feel, so good that even during the stream we had to rush a bit over the templates.
Also, I want to apologize to everyone who feels like we have been too hard towards them in the judging. It's not easy to make a strategic template, which was the main goal of the competition. And even though some templates got a bad rating in a strategic sense, I still think they are pretty fun to play and I could see them getting established in the community.

But now, let's announce the winners of the competition:

1st place - Ursus - Great Lakes 1v1 - 1500 coins
2nd place - Master Meldarion - Europa Magna 3v3 - 750 coins
2nd place - Octane - Earth Landria 2v2 - 750 coins

The race for the podium spots was extremely close, and we even had a tie for 2nd place, so they also split the coin price. Congratulations to the winners, and more importantly, I hope your template will be used in the future.
