I don't think you have to win a multiplayer game. I've had it pop up after single-player.

Nah it is multiplayer (at least that's what it says in settings). Also, it doesn't always pop up straight after the win. Sometimes it takes a bit longer. But if you win a multiplayer game on mobile, go to settings, then there will be a coin wheel setting that will day one of three things:
1. Spin
2. _ hours _ minutes
3. After your next multiplayer win

Just make an alt, pick random inactive account wiht membership from your country and mail Fizzer that you forgot login for it.

I think he has better chances to win lottery and by able to buy the membership than this.
Players who play for >100 coins are usually unbeatable.

Depends on the template. If it's duel it's just 1/2^9 or 0.19%. Much higher than the lottery.
