Parsing through this thread, I think a charitable interpretation of what TianO is saying is:

• The warning TianO received was not clear as to what the evidence was
  
• TianO didn't have an avenue for disputing the warning and the vote invalidation
  
• DimitrisWingo, TianO, Roses, and Rose are not the same person
  
• The policies are enforced inconsistently: if those are all TianO's alts, then why aren't they banned from the 1v1 ladder where more than one of them is active?
  
• Unicorn Island rightfully received the most votes and should be the Seasonal template
  
• It's only a coincidence that those three accounts voted the same way
  

Assuming I got that right, it seems TianO would be best off privately resolving these concerns with an admin or mod (or just DMing Fizzer with a short, non-aggressive message). They could probably outline for TianO what evidence they have that the votes were made by the same person (my guess is that the admins have records of these accounts being logged into from the same IP, maybe even when the votes were submitted). TianO could then rebut this evidence and supply any evidence TianO has that TianO didn't log into those accounts and vote multiple times (e.g., proof that these are separate people, anything that explains why they voted similarly- like a private message thread where they were discussing their preferences).

If TianO is indeed innocent and those votes going the same way was a coincidence (or the result of collusion that didn't amount to vote manipulation), then it's kind of mean for people to pile on to TianO and tell him to eat a snickers for being (imo, rightfully) a bit peeved and apparently not being great with words. It seems like this thread won't be a productive place to resolve whatever disputes there are right now.

If TianO did manipulate the votes, the best option is to simply not try those sorts of shenanigans. Even if you- for some reason- take an unwarrantedly and disproportionately sophisticated approach to just mess with seasonal ladder votes, I doubt you would be able to sneak past Fizzer and the admins. It's one thing to hide an alt from other players and a completely different ballgame to try and pull a fast one on the site's admins, who can easily log and investigate every single interaction you have with Warzone and flag suspicious behavior. So, if you actually did this, TianO, you should be pretty happy you got off with just a warning.

I agree with knyte. Tiano is innocent and everyone that accused him of voting with multiple accounts needs to apologize, but that's never gonna happen cause u all r full of yourselves and your ego doesn't allow you to admit you are wrong.

Probably TianO is telling the truth. Why would he make the thread?

Probably Beren made a monkey of it, should've talked to the guy that receives the accusation of manipulating votes. If he did I assume TianO wouldn't take it to the threads in a mark of confusion.

Probably this is the risk you take when you're mixing your Warzone business across different accounts. It leads to confusion for making community events that forbidden alt rules and community judgement. If there's accidental crossfire with one of your alts, that's the risk you play with.

In conclusion, for all sake, keep your community business on one alt if you're going for alts. Beren should talk to the person accused so it doesn't go forums. Generally for all, don't have alts and if you still decide you are, be responsible and keep business to one for community tracking.

I do think an apology is owed to TianO by Beren.

Information to be aware off before discussing this further:

The Seasonal Template Curator received information from admins.
This case has been looked at by four different admins.
We only send warnings if we are quite certain of wrongdoing.

If necessary, TianO can contact Fizzer directly, this topic won't change anything.

For the record, I would be surprised if TianO's warning and vote invalidation were in error. I just tried to parse through TianO's frankly confusing posts and direct him to a hopefully more productive avenue if he genuinely believes he did nothing wrong.

I'm not condoning, promoting, or otherwise providing instructions on how to cheat. In case it's not clear, don't cheat. Not only is it wrong but you are playing an uphill battle- my money is on you getting caught. Likewise, don't pick battles with the mods or admins because you'll always lose. It's Fizzer's game and Fizzer's site and hence Fizzer and the admins are the ones reviewing Fizzer and the admins' decisions. Try to work with them and not against them. If they actually are irrational and/or incompetent, then you're only doubly screwed. Instead, assume good faith and reasonable behavior and if you genuinely think there is a misunderstanding, work with them to clear that up.

short history
Beren and Deadman left the Template Panel a long time ago. They were active management at that point. They basically abandoned the Seasonal Ladder, Jefferspin called them traitors, for fun I guess, but nonetheless true.

Nowadays you run around and shout the seasonal ladder is starting. You behave like a clown. This ladder will join the real time ladder in the grave soon. Your management skills don’t go further than shouting.

Nobody believes you will actually keep the ladder alive.

You kicked me from a discord server that you had no history with, you werent even playing the ladder at the time we started using it. This was my last point of contact with all the ladder players that are now on different ladders. I valued it. You didn’t talk to me. If you have a problem with my opinion you should have told me so. Congrats for being the first to making my blocklist for an event outside of WZ.
Of course my opinion stays the same. This project of resurrecting the Seasonal Ladder will fail. Hopefully in the future someone else will come along and give this ladder meaning again.

Whoever made this decision, you suck.

I used to be an active participant in the seasonal ladder but with you running the show I will never ladder again.

@Fizzer: One of the reasons you were still in the Seasonal Ladder Panel and had MR rights is because I made sure that you retain it, independent from whoever ran the ladder. Thanks for nothing. The Seasonal Ladder from the past is gone. Grow up.
