Is þere a way to transfer vector files of maps, so þat you can take a map of someone else and change it and reupload for example, specifically I wanna convert a regular map into a diplomacy map, where every territory has its own bonus?

Þis would bring map collaboration to a whole new level.

You can't do that, but you can mail the creator of the map and ask if you can get the original SVG file.

SVG is just a file, so he can email it, or share it via Google or OneDrive or whatever you both want to use

discord or something like that is also an option, keep in mind you also need to rename all territories

And you will also have to redo connections and add bonuses.

You don't need every territory to have a bonus, you can simply enable the "extra armies for territories" setting, and if you only want these bonuses to count you can change the value of all bonuses to 0

Usually, when map-makers collaborate, they use an alt which they both have access to. Then they share the SVG files with each other as well.
