I work exactly the way we decide it to work.

In football they usually get a yellow card first time they use alts on the field, and if they do it again they get the red card and a banning.

but last season i get banned for the next season for do the same thing. ;)

Facts of the Woohoo/Dutch Desire case:

Evidence that makes it likely Woohoo is Dutch Desire:
1. Witholding facts about himself: Woohoo fervently denies being an alt at first. When he is accused of being Dutch Desire, he says that he is Dutch Desire's "brother" (an easy lie to get around the fact that their IP's were the same). When many people say he couldn't be that good with so few games, he simply says he is a genius at first. As time goes on, he "admits" that he has an older account named Goldbeadshot. Why did Woohoo wait to reveal these "facts"? Was it because he didn't think they were a big deal at first? Or was he trying to cover himself and lower the other evidence against him? The latter seems more likely to me.

fact brother: I did not want to let anyone know that DD is my brother because of all this shit.
fact 1e account: I had no acces to this account at first. when i wanted to play again and tried to log in i did get acces to my account Woohoo. when the accusation started i didn't think of it as a big deal, and didn't want to do any effort of finding my old account back or asking my brother to find my account back. (a week ago i did get acces to my this account again after taking e-mails and try to log in on my old email).

2. Woohoo and Dutch Desire talk similar. Not very strong evidence, but it adds to the probability they are the same player.

3. Dutch Desire and Woohoo accounts were made the same day. Coincidence? Unlikely.

it's probably not a Coincidence, but don't expect me to remember why i did make a account i did not use afterwords 32 months ago. but that is no evidence that we are not brothers, do you really think all the accounts are made 2,5 years ago so we now can pretend to be brothers???

4. http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=6958216 . Dutch Desire kicks my ass in a Qina 1v1 game. He says South China Sea is the best bonus on the map. http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=6934959 . Woohoo picks the exact same as Dutch Desire advises. While it is possible they just discussed strategies on it, that seems unlikely, since they have played no 1v1 games against each other.

we are both good players, (lies in the family) and i showed him the games i played on this map against The Turtle. So i see nothing strange about that he kicks your ass in Qina.

5. No Woohoo games with Dutch Desire in them. Why did they never play lately?

after a break of more than a year i wanted to play on my own see more of warlight than just real time team games. what is your problem?

6. Woohoo has played more games int he past two months than he had in over 2 years.

now really, what is your problem? oO

Conclusion: These 6 facts make me 99% sure Woohoo is Dutch Desire. However, the defense also needs a chance.

Here is Woohoo's defense:
1. Goldbeadshot and Orange/Dutch Desire have played around 30 games together (linked in a private chat). In every single game, they are on the same team. Alts can play on the same team easily. Therefore, these games prove very little. If they played as teammates, why not agaisnt each other? There is some chat in these games that do provide evidence that Goldbeadshot is not Dutch Desire.

Conclusion: It is a distinct possibility that Goldbeadshot is Dutch Desire's brother. But even if we assume that is the truth, there is no evidence that Woohoo is indeed Goldbeadshot. Therefore, whether Goldbeadshot is Dutch Desire or not is irrelevant; Woohoo is the account in question here. Based on this evidence, I am almost certain Woohoo is Dutch Desire/Orange. The clan league is not something where we need 100% proof, because that would be almost impossible online. All we can do is that if we are pretty sure an account is an alt of someone else, we must conclude they are guilty.

I await ChrisCMU's, Miyagi's, and Apollo's final decisions on this, but I wanted to post it on here just to allow the warlight community to view all the facts.

We played 61 team games together.
They are all proof we are brothers and not alt.
All the facts JSA summed up only shows that we are brothers.
Cmon, do you really think someone make 2 different personalities when he starts playing warlight?

Suppose they are brothers, would that really be any better than alts? The point of only using one account in the league is to stop anything shady. If you have two brothers playing on different teams, wouldn't that create just as many issues?

It's too late to make investigations. nobody will admit anything at that Point. time to make the decision, wheter a) you believe wohoo isn't DD and b) turtle knew about it and was lying all the time too.

Wohoo has FINALLY confesse of being an alt. The main is no longer played and the league runners are currently analyzing and judging the authenticy.

the difference is, that everybody knows about it and i believe JSA that they're brothers. they made never a secret of it.

I am just saying if DD needs to prove he is innocent than everybody should

the whole way wohoo/DD acted makes him a target. if you Claim that someone is your sibling then why should you get punished when you're allowed to Play before the season starts?

Edit: with the last sentence i mean that every clan leader Needs to Hand out a list of the Players. just Claim before it starts and there are no Troubles when JSA, Chris, Miyagi or whoever agrees with it. Of course there's no 100% way to find out who's whose alt but you can filter out most of them.

And about the other stuff, no one can and can not prove anything personal here, since we don't know each other. We can only say what is or is not true and hope for people to believe us. Those in charge just have to decide with the guts, and try to see what's often obvious.

I thought Wohoo was an alt AT THAT POINT. It was only a few hours later that DD/Organe contacted us and showed us many games and gave us account information.

We need Jeremy Kyle and his lie detector.
