Facts of the Woohoo/Dutch Desire case:
Evidence that makes it likely Woohoo is Dutch Desire:
1. Witholding facts about himself: Woohoo fervently denies being an alt at first. When he is accused of being Dutch Desire, he says that he is Dutch Desire's "brother" (an easy lie to get around the fact that their IP's were the same). When many people say he couldn't be that good with so few games, he simply says he is a genius at first. As time goes on, he "admits" that he has an older account named Goldbeadshot. Why did Woohoo wait to reveal these "facts"? Was it because he didn't think they were a big deal at first? Or was he trying to cover himself and lower the other evidence against him? The latter seems more likely to me.
2. Woohoo and Dutch Desire talk similar. Not very strong evidence, but it adds to the probability they are the same player.
3. Dutch Desire and Woohoo accounts were made the same day. Coincidence? Unlikely.

http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=6934959 . Woohoo picks the exact same as Dutch Desire advises. While it is possible they just discussed strategies on it, that seems unlikely, since they have played no 1v1 games against each other.
5. No Woohoo games with Dutch Desire in them. Why did they never play lately?
6. Woohoo has played more games int he past two months than he had in over 2 years.
Conclusion: These 6 facts make me 99% sure Woohoo is Dutch Desire. However, the defense also needs a chance.
Here is Woohoo's defense:
1. Goldbeadshot and Orange/Dutch Desire have played around 30 games together (linked in a private chat). In every single game, they are on the same team. Alts can play on the same team easily. Therefore, these games prove very little. If they played as teammates, why not agaisnt each other? There is some chat in these games that do provide evidence that Goldbeadshot is not Dutch Desire.
Conclusion: It is a distinct possibility that Goldbeadshot is Dutch Desire's brother. But even if we assume that is the truth, there is no evidence that Woohoo is indeed Goldbeadshot. Therefore, whether Goldbeadshot is Dutch Desire or not is irrelevant; Woohoo is the account in question here. Based on this evidence, I am almost certain Woohoo is Dutch Desire/Orange. The clan league is not something where we need 100% proof, because that would be almost impossible online. All we can do is that if we are pretty sure an account is an alt of someone else, we must conclude they are guilty.
I await ChrisCMU's, Miyagi's, and Apollo's final decisions on this, but I wanted to post it on here just to allow the warlight community to view all the facts.
