Anyways, how do you change the background to black?

Unless you put something behind your map, it will be black/Dark brown. But I assume that's not what you meant. Can you be more specific?

@loon My background is white, not junk. Also, why does it have to grow 6 inches?

there is no background color setting. if nothing is there, then its transparent. If you want a different color or image behind your map, then draw something behind it.

Nice slides Farah, however shoudn't slide 17 be "More than 90 degrees" ???

Battle Master the setting you are looking for is under File > Document Properties (Ctrl + Shift + D)

Go to "File" and click "Document Properties" here you can change the background color, although I do believe it's set as black by default in the editor.
