Regarding clans claiming slots, those are rules that were created as a result of the Outlaws/101st decision.

I will have to look further into the matter, as I don't know how "inactive" the players that were not counted in the algorithm that determined this.

what means stalling though? you have 15d banked all clanleague games will be lost in the depth of your game list until the bank time shrunk to 3d. i dunno, but might be that many will play very slow in the beginning. from whom 'stalling' players get offenses?

You just now have the option to use an alternate account instead of your main, as long as it is disclosed who that person is.

By stalling I do not mean slow play, I mean taking a take beyond the reasonable doubt of being finished.

Cases can be reported to the ethics panel, where they can decide whether the players involved deserve a warning or not. It will only result in further punishment if warnings are not followed.

as far as I understood. timeline depends highly on B's Clot. this need to be finished before cl12 can start. until there is no finishing date for the clot development there is not much hurry to define templates... though it would be nice to know templates early to be prepared in-time.
